Iconotech has consistently make diligent efforts to collaborate with our customers to determine the root cause analysis of every issue that is reported. A case is created in our CRM system to track the resolution progress, the case is not closed until our customer is 100% satisfied.

Iconotech has a premium team of field service technicians and engineers available to travel to our customers’ site. We will provide parts, services as well as services customized to clients’ specific needs such as:

·      Installation and commissioning

·      Machine audits

·      Others upon request.

Specialized and extended training programs are also available. For example, we can provide remote training, hands-on training, training documentation such as how-to videos and reference guides, and on-the-job training during production. These training programs covers, operations, adjustments, maintenance, safety, hardware, control system, best practices.

Achieving maximum performance from your equipment requires operator and maintenance staff training. We strongly suggest one on-site visit annually after equipment is fully commissioned, to ensure installation and commissioning have met your expectations.

Every plant should have an annual maintenance schedule. Why? Because it will keep your equipment in tip-top condition for optimum performance. Annual preventive maintenance also reduces downtime—saving you a tremendous amount of time and money.

Our Annual Inspection Program can prevent or quickly remedy problems thus eliminating the possibility of any unwelcome surprises. Therefore, we offer our customers an Annual Inspection Program (AIP). Please ask our customer service for more information regarding our AIP.
