CLINTON, CT (June 2005) - ICONOTECH, the originator and leading manufacturer of digital case printing equipment, will introduce its new Customizer at Pack Expo in Las Vegas, NV, September 26-28, booth #N-7921.

The Customizer offers features making it uniquely adaptable to a wide variety of printing applications. It handles mixed applications of flat cases, blanks, die-cuts or multi-wall bags. Designed as a stand-alone hand feed machine, the Customizer can also be automated for in-line throughput. Precise print registration is maintained to 3/16". Automatic inking system assures consistent print. A user-friendly control panel provides the operator with speed control, a batch counter, automatic stop, idle and print start controls, making machine operation easy and reliable.

The Customizer uses Iconotech’s unique computer generated printing stencil for exact placement of very high-resolution print. Special options include a movable print cylinder and cylinder lift providing ultimate flexibility of print placement of the 11" x 32" print field anywhere along the length of a case within the first 10 feet. Text, logos and bar codes are printed directly onto boxes and bags, eliminating the need for expensive printing plates, pre-printed boxes or labels. The machine fulfills the just-in-time and flexibility demands of private-label manufacturing.
